Specificity: The Prostatic Specific Antigen (PSA) is a tumor associated antigen with a molecular weight of 34Kd. This antigen is found in normal prostatic epithelial lining cells of the ducts and acini, as well as, in primary and metastatic prostate carcinoma cells.
