What to include so we can quote in one pass
A quotation is only as accurate as the requirement behind it. The items below take two minutes to write and save a full round of back-and-forth:

If you are unsure about the specification, do not guess — describe the application instead and we will recommend a format, including when a cheaper grade is genuinely sufficient.
What happens after you send an enquiry
1 — We read it properly
Your enquiry reaches a person, not a ticket queue. If anything is unclear we ask one short clarifying question rather than quoting the wrong thing.
2 — Quotation within one business day
You receive price, available packaging sizes, lead time and the documentation package for the specific lot we would ship.
3 — No follow-up pressure
The quotation is complete in itself — price, documents, lead time. Whether you proceed, compare it or file it is entirely your call.
Our office hours are Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (GMT+8). A European morning lands in our afternoon and a US East-coast morning lands in our evening — enquiries sent overnight are answered the next business day, and calls outside our hours can be arranged.
Practical questions about contacting us
How is my enquiry handled confidentially?
We use your details only to answer your enquiry — no newsletters, no lists, no forwarding to third parties. If you later become a customer, your application details stay between us; we do not publish customer names without consent. The privacy notice describes this in full.
In which language will I be answered?
Enquiries are answered in English, and quotations and documents are issued in English. If Chinese is more convenient for internal discussion, we are happy to switch.
Can I talk to the same person each time?
Yes — that is the point of a specialist supplier. The person who quotes your first order is the person who answers your technical questions and quotes your reorder, so nothing gets lost between sales and support.
