University procurement and assay qualification both run on paperwork. This page sets out exactly what we issue, when we issue it, and how to get it before you commit to an order.

Why we do not publish prices or a lot-number lookup
Two deliberate choices, both the same reason:
No public price list
Price depends on quantity, purity grade, format and destination. A single published number would be wrong for almost everyone, so we quote per order instead — usually within one business day.
No lot lookup portal
Certificates are issued against the lot actually shipped to you. A public lookup would imply documents exist for lots that were never produced — so we send the CoA with the shipment and re-send on request.
How to request documents
Send us the product, the quantity you are considering, and which documents you need. If you already hold a lot number, quote it — we will locate its record.

How to read the documents we send
A certificate is a set of facts about one lot, not a promise about the next one. Three things worth checking when the envelope arrives:
Match the lot number
The CoA describes the lot actually shipped. If your records reference an earlier evaluation lot, its numbers do not carry over silently — that is by design, and the reason requalification is usually cheap.
Ask for the method, not just the number
A purity percentage means little until you know how it was measured. HPLC and SDS-PAGE measure different impurities; we supply the method alongside the figure.
Use the SDS for the safety review
Institutional safety sign-off runs on the SDS, and it is available before you order — no need to wait for the shipment to brief your safety officer.

Representative specifications for core lines are published on this site; the full document list for any product, and any standard document, is available through a one-line enquiry.
With the shipment
Lot-specific CoA, commercial invoice and packing list travel with every shipment; certificate of origin and MSDS where agreed on the quotation.
After delivery
Lost a document or need a fresh copy for an audit? Quote the lot number and we re-send — records are kept per lot, not per order.
