No online checkout — research materials are quoted per order so that quantity, purity grade, format and destination can be confirmed before anything ships.
Send your requirement
Send us the product, quantity, target purity and your country. If you are unsure of the right format, describe your downstream application instead.
Receive a quotation
We reply within one business day with price, available packaging sizes, lead time and the documentation package for the lot we would ship.
Confirm and pay
Payment terms are confirmed on the quotation. Options include card and bank transfer; the exact set available in your country is stated on the quotation.
Shipment and documents
You receive tracking plus the commercial invoice, packing list and CoA. Cold-chain items ship with appropriate temperature control.

Because shipping and duty rules differ by country, tell us the delivery address at the quotation stage and we will confirm exactly which documents will accompany the shipment.
How we ship — and what we do not do
We export from Haikou, Hainan, under standard customs procedures with full documentation. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are payable by the recipient as normal. We do not operate any duty-free, bonded re-export or under-declaration scheme, and we will not represent otherwise — if a quotation ever implies that your import charges will disappear, treat it as a warning sign.
If your institution requires a specific Incoterm, a particular document set or a named customs broker, tell us at the quotation stage and we will confirm exactly what we can provide before you commit.
